You pay for the people who draft. Everyone else is free.
Contract management pricing, charged per drafting seat rather than per contract.
No charge per contract, because that would only teach you to keep agreements out of the system. No charge for the colleague who approves, the client who comments, or the counterparty who signs.

Ask yourself how many people in your team actually draft or review a contract. That is the number you pay for.
In most teams it is a handful, even when the whole business raises agreements. Sales can send an NDA, procurement can start a vendor contract, a partner can approve a deviation, and the other side can negotiate and sign, all without a paid seat. Only the people doing the drafting are billed.
Who counts as a user I have to pay for?
Anyone you add to your workspace who writes or reviews contracts. If four people in a ten-person team actually touch the drafting, you pay for four. Everybody outside the workspace is free and unlimited - your clients, the other side, their lawyers, and every signer. You never pay for a signature.
Why not just price per contract?
Because it would pay you to keep agreements out of the system. The moment a contract costs money to file, the small ones stay in email and the repository is half empty, which is exactly what makes it useless six months later. We would rather every agreement went in.
What counts as one of my 10 free contracts?
A contract record you create. Versions, AI drafts, redlines, review rounds and signatures on that contract are not counted separately - one agreement is one contract, however many times you revise it.
What happens when I reach 10 on the free plan?
You can still open, edit, review, share and sign everything you already have. You just cannot create an eleventh until you either upgrade or delete one.
If I delete a contract, do I get the slot back?
Yes. The free plan counts contracts you currently have, not contracts you have ever created. Delete one and you can create another.
Can I be in more than one workspace on the free plan?
Yes. Your own free workspace is a single seat, so it is just you and adding a colleague means upgrading. But anyone on a paid workspace can invite you into theirs at no cost to you - they pay for your seat, the same way you would pay for theirs. So you can keep your own free workspace and still be a member of as many paid workspaces as invite you.
What does unlimited AI actually mean?
There is no per-contract AI allowance and no credit meter. Draft, review against your playbook, redline and extract obligations as often as the work needs. A fair use limit sits behind it to stop automated abuse; ordinary human use will not come near it, and we will contact you rather than cut you off if anything looks unusual.
Is my contract text used to train AI models?
No. Your content is never used to train any model. AI processing runs under enterprise terms in our own cloud environment, not a consumer AI service.
Is the electronic signature legally valid?
It is a simple electronic signature with a strong audit trail: signer name, email, timestamp, IP address and a cryptographic hash of the exact document signed, plus a certificate of completion. That is what the overwhelming majority of commercial agreements use. It is not a certified or qualified digital signature, and we would rather tell you that now than after you sign something.
How many contracts can I get signed on the free plan?
Twenty e-signatures, each with its own certificate of completion and full audit trail. That covers ten contracts with two signers apiece, which is what the free plan is sized for. Professional is unlimited.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
You get Professional for one seat for 30 days: unlimited contracts and unlimited e-signatures instead of the free plan's 10 and 20. It asks for no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing can be charged by accident. We email you a week before it ends and again the day before. If you do nothing, the workspace simply goes back to the free plan.
What happens to my contracts when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You keep every contract, every version and every signed document, and you can still open, read and download all of it. The free plan only caps what you create next, so if you made 30 contracts during the trial you keep all 30, you just cannot start a 31st until you upgrade. E-signatures work the same way, except the 20 is a lifetime count rather than a live one.
Can I buy more than one seat instead of trialling?
Yes, and it is the same page. The trial is a single seat, so if you already know you want your team in there, choose to buy seats now and pick how many. Nothing about that flow changes because the trial exists.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes, by close to two months either way: ₹4,999 a year works out at about ₹417 a month instead of ₹499, and $149 a year is about $12.42 a month instead of $14.99. You can start monthly and switch later.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, monthly, with no notice period or exit fee. Your contracts stay yours - you can export them before you go, and we will help if you would rather we did it.
Do you send a GST invoice?
Yes. Every payment gets a proper tax invoice with our GSTIN, so your finance team can claim input tax credit in the normal way. If they need a particular format or a purchase-order reference on it, tell us and we will sort it out.
Do I have to talk to sales to start?
No. Sign up and use it. The demo is there if you would rather be shown around, or if you want us to help set up your clause library and playbook, which is the part that makes the AI sound like your team rather than a generic one.
Start with the contract that is on your desk right now.
Ten contracts free forever, or 30 days of Professional. No card either way, and no call. Or let us walk you through it and help set up your clause library and playbook.
